That movie is so badly fucked up.

The first time I ever watched Trainspotting (like a decade or so ago) I had taken 2 tabs of acid and looked up online “movies that will change your life” or something along those lines.

One of the first ones listed was this one called Trainspotting and I had no idea what it was about I was expecting some drama about a special needs little boy who likes to look at trains or something.

Ohhh boy. That one scene was horrifying I got up and almost turned the TV off but I’m glad I didn’t. I love that movie so much.

The cops have a chance to “civil asset forfeiture” your stuff. So they come in and kill you or whatever but oh, looks like you were commiting a crime citizen (whether you were or not dead men tell no tales) so now all of the stuff you own is proceeds from that crime and they keep it all and auction it off on websites or sometimes you will dee the local police department driving around a nice vehicle they stole from someone like that.

That cancer treatment shit costs money, they will think to themselves, and it keeps alive people who are in bad health and that will cost us even more money.

So they don’t care that they die. I bet if you took away polices ability to civil asset forfeiture then the murder squads would ease up a little too. No incentive.

Games that are on GOG you do own. Same as a physical copy.

This game isn’t on GOG (yet) but its still in early access so only time will tell if it makes it or not.

My biggest gripe was not owning what I pay for as well but there are some players in the game that don’t support such practices consider supporting them.

If you hate Krafton you should be wanting to buy this game even more since it will force them to have to pay up 250 Million to the devs.
