In the field of robotics, robots are designed to perform specific tasks in manufacturing, commercial, military, and space industries. On the other hand, artificial intelligence is a branch of computer science that develops systems able to solve problems in a way similar to humans. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is defined as “the theory and development of computer systems able to perform tasks that normally require human intelligence, such as visual perception, speech recognition, decision-making, and translation between languages”. AI often makes use of Machine Learning (ML), which enables algorithms to learn from changes in data over time.
