Just to get this straight. If I stand outside a voting center and give each person 500 bucks to vote for me. That is illegal? But if I am a Dipshit In Chief and offer 5k that is 100 percent legal?

Saying “I’ll increase quality of life” is not the same as “I’ll give you cash”

It is when you have to spend money to get quality of life such as education and healthcare.

Spending taxpayer money on quality of life is something that is expected of politicians, are you implying you expect cash handouts the same way?

Trump specifically said everyone gets the 5k. He’s a lying piece of shit who breaks laws every day but this is a bad example of that.

You’re saying there’s a reason he couldn’t just give the money now? That’s the difference. There’s no reason he wouldn’t get it passed through right now he’s just trying to buy votes.

He wont give the money out ever no matter how people vote.

EDIT: Somebody already asked him: https://www.the-independent.com/news/world/americas/us-politics/trump-dividend-check-when-midterms-b3048253.html

Ok so there’s no reason he can’t just try and pass it now and he’s just trying to buy votes. Thanks for finally agreeing

You would hypothetically get the 5k no matter who you voted for. Thats how government policies work. Whoever wins makes decisions for everyone.

                    Idk what you’re not understanding.
