I hope so. It seems I came across as anti-HSR in my comment. But I would very much like to see investment in HSR in the US. I was more acknowledging the barriers are different there than compared to places like China.

Do you have a good reference I can check out on why tge barriers mentioned in the video aren’t as big as it makes out?
