Yes. The comment was about explaining the under acknowledged problems/barriers to overcome, onea, that are smaller problems in China. It was not an argument against HSR, but a prediction on how political will in the US is more likely to be placed behind different infrastructure solutions than HSR. I think HSR is great and would love to see it in the US.
