    Okay but like, it is still worth reporting on what these people say even if they are full of shit… Like it still has material impact in the real world, in this case meaning they will continue pressing the war on Iran. Stop being childish.

        Is he lying about the US implementing an indefinite blockade?

        Obviously the US doesn’t control the Strait, but the blockade is real.

            Iran’s longer-term goal is to control traffic and charge their own admission fees, not just block it forever.

            But that’s impossible with a US blockading any attempt at allowing passage for ships that pay the toll.
