A parliamentary majority has asked the current caretaker and upcoming new Cabinet to do everything in their power to prevent Dutch DigiD data from ending up in the United States government’s hands.
Though deflecting the problem on to “corporatism” instead of capitalism is just running cover for the capitalists. They don’t want people relaizing it’s the whole fucking concept of companies keeping the profits that royally fucks the economy over decades.
The whole “corporate” thing is just at which scale everyone gets fucked, not that they get fucked.
So to restate: The deeper point is, if they’re the same thing, don’t use the less accurate and more easily dismissed term.
To me those are the same as well. I use them interchangeably 🤷
