I didn’t suffer so much as it created a world of completely unrealistic expectations for me, I felt like I was in a bubble for 8 years of Catholic school then thrown into the real world of public high school with zero tools to prepare for it, it was not pretty.
For me; I suffered a Catholic school with undiagnosed Autism. That’ll turn anyone against it.
