Eee, they sure should be!! I found your post because I wanted to see if the Fediverse knew about Radio-Browser.Info. I love that place, as I can explore so much curated music from so many places around the world.

I’m using Social.photo, tho’ I have no specific criteria, tho’ it has the distinct advantage that it is still up and running.

I hadn’t tried vids! Ok, it could get a whole lot weirder, and/or more informative.

loops.video is aiming for the video segment. Tho’ it seems like one app for pix and vids would be nifty.
