I had the same thought, but skimming through documentation it doesn’t say how to access those emails. It has an smtp server to receive them, but how do I read them? Documentation doesn’t mention a web interface (e.g. roundcube) or pop3/imap server.

This is great as last time I looked to set up prosody there were no official container images.

In corporate managed fleet of PCs updates are pushed by the company internal management systems. Some companies give you a 24hours option, some others (ahem, power tripping sysadmins, I know, I was one) say “fuck you and your work, you install when I say so”.
