2·2 months agoStock it has spaghetti detection, which is generally marketed as AI. You have root out of the box though so you could always just flash whatever firmware you want if you really want to not use it. Also comes with a cover for the camera that you can flip over to block that out.

14·3 months agoLook into a Snapmaker U1. Multi toolhead under a grand by a company that is very open source friendly.

The issue is we rightfully trust Valve to always provide what we paid for. We don’t expect Sony to care that you bought and paid for something and provide the game 5 years from now.
It’s very cool that I still have my ps2 games from high school on disk that work fine. If I bought them from Valve, I’d still have them too. Right now PS3 games can still be downloaded from the store on a PS3, but I doubt that will be the case in a few more years.
