After the psychologist was released from prison he starred in a movie about himself about the murder, but it’s a sexualized version of the event itself. Somehow that crept into the Wikipedia article of the serial killer as truth.

I couldn’t disagree with you more. Especially when you mention Firefly, which in my opinion was a mediocre slog that only got attention because it was cancelled.

Yeah the plot pivots away from him a bit more. But you’re correct, his acting isn’t great. It improves, but not by a lot

I’ll add something different to this thread and say Father Ted. It’s to this day the most hilarious show I’ve ever seen.

It’s about a priest that was assigned/exiled to a parish that houses some outcast priests on what must be the most depressing and ugly island to ever exist. It’s sitcom style, but with such a dry and outrageous sense of humor it’s really nothing like anything else.

Firefly is probably the most overrated series ever.

It’s biggest problem was the arguably not so good first season I think. Also the ending is kinda eh.

Other than that, it’s my favorite series since TNG. I absolutely loved it and I pity the people that couldn’t see past the first season

Getting married is effectively signing a communal property contract, which can still have significant legal and financial implications in the developed world.

Pretty sure all countries in the EU let you do just that without getting married. You literally aquire exactly the same legal status as a married couple, without actually getting married. Which makes marriage completely obsolete and only performative and romantic.

That’s just your opinion. I think it actually is. Nobody is talking about property anymore. It’s just an expression of intentions these days and is mostly a bonding moment between the groom and her father. It’s actually kind of sweet and emotional.
