Does Godot really struggle ? The editor and the engine are like 50 MB in total

Ethereum (ETH) and Solana are the most common examples, but there are many more

It’s easier to replace AWS with a European alternative, than Visa or Mastercard. So the problem is smaller.

Government don’t like cryptos, they can’t control them so it’s normal they won’t promote them. But cryptos have come a long way, they are used extensively for cheap cross border transfers and with Proof of Stake we don’t need mining any more (and its problematic energy consumption):

The irony of calling out nationalism in a community named “Buy European”…
“Yeah, we are nationalistic, but not that nationalistic!”
I know, unpopular opinion, just vote me down.
(I agree with the “don’t support Nazis” part independent from the nationalism topic, though)
Kind of, but remember that Europe is not a nation, so I don’t know if nationalism is the correct term.

My issues with snaps are:

Not to defend Iran, but to be neutral. China and India are also helping Russia buying their goods, this doesn’t mean that we should try to be in good therms with them.
With the JCPOA treaty, we were building a good relationship with Iran, until the US pulled out for no reason in 2018 and the vassalized EU followed shortly.

The easiest way would be to make the ECB a GNU Taler exchange

It wouldn’t have changed much. At this stage Europe is totally vassalized and can’t do anything meaningful.

If you want something open-source/self-hostable there is LibreTranslate

You need advertising yes or yes to finance that. Sadly Peertube disagrees

They use a standard Linux kernel with Android drivers trough libhybris. The proprietary UI and middleware is a mistake, I agree with that

Nope, in fact, Jolla with SailfishOS is the only one among those mentioned that uses an OS independently developed.

Ogni fazione politica coltiva il suo “orticello ideologico”

There are 2 reason: providing protection against Sybil attacks and rewarding nodes (i.e. the “servers”). From the whitepaper you linked:
This staking system provides a defence against Sybil attacks by limiting attackers based on the amount of financial resources they have available. The staking system also achieves two other goals which further reduce the likelihood of a Sybil attack. Firstly, the need for attackers to buy or control Session Tokens to run Session Nodes creates a market feedback loop which increases the cost of acquiring sufficient tokens to run large portions of the network. That is, as the attacker buys or acquires more tokens and stakes them, removing them from the circulating supply, the supply of the Session Token is decreased while the demand from the attacker must be sustained. This causes the price of any remaining Session Tokens to increase, creating an increasing price feedback loop which correlates with the scale of the attack.
The other advantage of a staked blockchain network is that Session Nodes earn rewards for the work they do, paid as Session Tokens from the Session Node Staking Reward Pool. This system makes Session distinct from altruistic networks like Tor and I2P and instead provides an incentive linked directly with the performance of a Session Node.

Anything centralized or not based in the EU should not be used.
