There never were individual limits on political speech.
CU doesn’t rely on corporations being people. It relies on individuals having First Amendment rights.
People don’t have fewer rights under the First Amendment when they assemble to exercise them than they do individually. Citizens United was correctly decided and if you disagree, it’s because you think it’s a ruling that “corporations are people.”
When it’s actually a ruling that corporations are fictions.

The reason the standards are lower for journalism is that the conclusions journalists arrive at are less trustworthy.
“Investigations” aren’t the same as “conclusions.” Naming people just means accusing them.

They’re mostly made up and you should pay attention to who nobody expects to follow the laws of war (Russia, any Muslims at all)
These are all basically the same thing and, yes, you can’t pass a bill in the Senate if you can’t get 60 votes

How would you enforce a law against war, and who would it apply to?
Google is insane about billing any random ass card you’ve ever used in any system adjacent to them. I had them bill a domain name fee to my fucking government travel card just because I’d set it up once to pay for a hotel or something. Completely not the card I’d put in to pay for the domain name - they just changed it on their own.
