

Salsa. And you don’t even need to cook anything.
Chop up tomatoes, sweet onion, a bit of fresh pressed garlic, lime. That’s the base. Then just add whatever else. Peppers, spring onions, cilantro (which I personally don’t add because it tastes like soap to me), parsley. Then to taste add a bit of salt, dash of hot sauce. A pinch of sugar can bring things out depending on the tomatoes.
Adding a bit of sour cream and/or avocado right before you eat it gives it an interesting twist.
You can keep it in a mason jar in the fridge for about a week. Probably longer but it never lasts more than a day or two in my house.





I actually do hate linux as a desktop. It doesn’t suit my computer needs outside of maybe just browsing the web. I use Windows in my music studio and for video editing and I’m very happy with the software I’m using. I’m also extremely comfortable with it.
When I was in IT I used Linux all the time for servers though and had no complaints there.
I only like original Star Trek. I hated TNG and all the off-shoot shows.
