If you need really a PC desktop with a decent gpu with at least a minimal capacity, without break over 200€ (that is the minimal), the most affordable option are the 8000G AMD series CPU. They incorporate a full fledged GPU inside the processor, not just the basic to make a screen run, with a decent performance at 1920x1080 with lower setting with recent games. Not exciting, but you can play without issues.
