Then again, this may be like a “Simpsons did it” thing. If you’re trying to make nerd jokes, guess you’ll inevitably and involuntarily do something xkcd already did at some point.
Are you telling me I unknowingly did a comic on something called “vampire load” without any according pun and thus robbed myself an opportunity to do some Dracula joke about sleep mode and ramming a piece of wood through something to finally get it to really turn off? Damn.
It’s grammatically correct in the dialect of German-guy-trying-to-translate-his-punchlines-English. I still refuse to use ai to translate my comics, so there may be an odd sentence here or there. Trying my best, as usual.
Also, I thought it’d work in the sense of a pun. Like “that’s most of all a fish end in our kettle”, which doesn’t really work if you restructure the sentence too much.
A magnetron is usually only a bit above 50% efficiency when converting electricity to microwaves (according to Wikipedia, that is), so I had actually assumed the difference to be even bigger.

The issue remains that according to 202a ff, basically any hacking is a crime. If you don’t differentiate there, you don’t differentiate in the 202c either.
Part of the article in the German comp sci assc magazine:
In Germany, all forms of hacking are officially prohibited: Sections 202a–c of the Criminal Code (StGB) criminalize the spying on and interception of data, as well as the preparation thereof and the possession of so-called hacking tools. Ethical hacking is thus prohibited.
So it’s only illegal if you intend to commit a criminal offense.
IANAL, but the German wording is ambiguous enough for this to not be clear.
Which is why the so called hacker paragraph is so very controversial.
That you can’t get or distribute or enable people to get applications that could enable people to commit cyber attacks.
