There was recently a mother that killed her 3 kids, admitted to it, and was likely going to a mental institute where she would have been able to be released within months. Itās not that uncommon to hear about a college girl that kills her baby shortly after birth as a way to try to escape the reality.
Iām not that informed on the subject but I would be very surprised if death penalty was ever given for a single instance of killing a baby. Death penalty isnāt even legal in many states although thatās a separate controversial issue.
