Se ricevete DM o post che vi invitano a cliccare su link per “ripristinare” qualcosa, non cliccate: segnalate subito.

That does appear to be a scam.
But my experience is visibility CAN be limited. It has happened to me, where the admin of an instance did not like my posts, so they hid them.
Admins can:
* Remove your posts from the local timeline
* Remove your posts from the federated timeline
* Prevent your posts from being boosted into timelines
But the domain name in your screenshot looks like a bad actor, and you are right to be suspicious.
