You know that blood samples appearing where there are biological creatures around is not scientific evidence for a miracle right?
There’s a lot more needed to prove something scientifically.
But to get back to your question: I think a lot of the hate comes from (excluding the kiddy diddling) the exclusion of doubt. There’s a lot not yet explained in this world. And we as a society are at the point where everything unexplained doesn’t have to be explained to be “Devine” instead. There is so much knowledge we have collected as a species that makes a lot of biblical stories fantasy.
Religion probably was created as an explanation for the unexplained. We see this even more clearly in pagan religions, by them having a god for literally everything. But Christianity and other monotheistic religions are no exception.
Also religion was used to keep plebians in check. Rules were meant to be broken, but since breaking religious rules will have you burn for eternity, there is an incentive to do “right”.
Religion was also historically used as the basis for most wars. WW2 is one of the more extreme examples where people of certain religions were view as subhuman. And this is literally used again by Israel today.
it is literally human cardiac tissue with the WBCs still alive
dam it, who cut their heart out while it was still beating, and managed to keep the WBCs alive?
and no, “breaking rules” doesnt make you burn in hell, hell isnt even a fire, its the abyss. Jesus Christ died for our sins so we could be free of them IF we have faith. and the rapes were disgusting actions by certain priests that were defended by their diocese, not the Vatican
I mean if a holy item suddenly starts growing human cardiac tissue, its a miracle
and it was tested, and its human cardiac tissue with the WBCs still alive, meaning its not from.a cadaver
and if testing things isnt science, what is?
science by definition is using the scientific method to prove or disprove something
It has not been shown that a host grew tissue, it has been shown that somebody had a sample of human tissue.
You may not have seen my added second paragraph (apologies for editing that in): even if a host grew human tissue, that’s highly unusual but not proof of a deity.
God is real, there are a bunch of scientifically proven miracles…
Lol better claim that Nobel Prize then
Show me.

These are my reasons for not being theistic.
Christianity was persecuted by Rome in the early days, and for decades, and then by almost every other empire

“Someone brought a sample of something” is not science.

It hasn’t been shown that that’s what happened though. What has been shown is that someone had a sample of something.
And even if a thing grew human tissue, that’s proof of that thing growing human tissue. It takes a LOT more to prove a deity exists.
the host grew ALIVE HUMAN Cardiac Tissue
that is literallly scientifically impossible unless…
It has not been shown that a host grew tissue, it has been shown that somebody had a sample of human tissue.

Yes, a holy item proclaimed to the be the Body of Christ grows living heart tissue and its not enough proof?
it is, they had an entire professional camera team brought in
