Mason signed on this week to represent the plaintiff, who filed her complaint as āJane Doe,ā according to court records. He is best known as the defense attorney for Casey Anthony, the Florida woman acquitted on charges of killing her 2-year-old daughter in 2008.
Donald Trump is accused of having forcible sex with the plaintiff while attending a party at the NYC apartment of convicted billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, according to the complaint. The plaintiff also claims that Epstein raped her twice at two such parties.
Two witnesses provided affidavits filed by the plaintiff under the names āJoan Doeā and āTiffany Doeā that back up the womanās story.
āJoan Doeā claims that the plaintiff told her about the assaults in 1994ā95 shortly after they are alleged to have occurred.
I can say Katie Johnson might not be real because if you had read the article I linked to, you would know that Norm Lubow is the person who actually filed the lawsuit, not Katie Johnson.
Norm Lubow was also pretending to be someone named Al Taylor, who was also aggressively pushing the accusation with journalist.
Even Radar Online, which is linked in the post here is a known gossip site that didnāt believe Katie Johnson story to be credible either.
The gossip site Radar Online published aĀ short storyĀ on April 28, 2016, noting the filing, but even it was skeptical, highlighting the fact that the person filing the claim had given apparently bogus contact information, using the address of a foreclosed house whose owner had recently died.
How does that work, filing a lawsuit on someoneās behalf, without the court being able to even verify their existence? That doesnāt make too much sense to me. She would have testify, no? It seems otherwise thatād be a pretty glaring issue with the justice system, if you can just make up people to represent without identifying them?
She would have to testify and the courts couldnāt reach her so the case was dropped. The filer gave a fake address.

Just because you ask for facts and evidence does not mean that you side with the accused. That would mean that the whole justice system sides with the accused at all times because they require facts and evidence in a court of law.

For those of us reading the report, there are many places where previously reported incidents are being fleshed out with the limited unredactions Congress has been able to get, as well as noting which redactions illegally stay exactly the way they are despite repeated efforts to lift them.
For example, the media has focused on the rape of Katie Johnson, the subject of this article. The assault was known. But look at pages 24 - 25 of the report, especially page 25.
When Katie Johnson first reported the assaults to the FBI in 2016 ā the reports of which were hidden for years and are still redacted even to Congress ā the FBI ran an internal check on both names at that time and found a case number from Epsteinās 2007 federal investigation that involved both Trump and Epstein.
In other words, Trump and Epstein have been linked to each other by the FBI in the context of child rape for almost twenty years.
As far as I can tell, this was never followed up, and the report makes clear that this is one of the many cases where Congress has the clear legal right, not just by office but via direct legislation, to access the unredacted files and yet has been repeatedly refused by Trumpās DoJ, currently headed by Trumpās personal attorney turned AG, Todd Blanche.
I strongly recommend reading the report for anyone who is interested in Donald Trump and the Epstein files. It is anything but a ānothing to see here, move alongā set of pages.

But the incident mentioned in the title happened years ago - they were on trial together for it back in 2007 (where Epstein negotiated a non-prosecution agreement for himself and all co-conspirators on the basis that he was a secret service asset). I first read about this during the first Trump presidency, just after Epstein got arrested for the last time.
