    I’m happy other people are exploring this as well. Email is a great interface for agents. I use it together with a patch review tool I built for emacs so that I can also review and apply email patches with the changes it makes.

    I’m the author. Whether you feel forced to use AI or not, or simply refuse to use it, this may be useful to consider in case you are reluctant to be pulled into a cloud based application, which is the way some want to to take us exclusively. Or if you miss working with people more in a collaborative way.

    It’s not just about this open source project. I do hope you enjoy it though.

      I’m not gonna lie, I unfairly assumed that the blog was going to be about using email in the terminal…which is something I’m looking into very recently! lol However, i was pleasantly surprized because i find the approach quite fascinating! I’m biased in favor of terminal-esque tools, so there’s that. Nevertheless, i am always wanting to learn of different ways in how folks use or create tools, and see hiw much more effective they can be, etc. So today I learned; and thanks for that!
