I don’t see the high contrast filter in effect. If anything I see social division between people who push every discussion into “give it to AI” or “here is a copy of what Claude says” vs others who have grown tired of every conversation moving in that direction and giving up on group discussions.

In your opinion, did AI materially change the team’s dynamics or just cranked the existing issues up like a high contrast filter for photos?
My take is that it’s not the faster BMW car turns a driver into a proverbial maniac, it’s the reverse. And they used to campaign on that AFAIC 😅
