postfix + dovecot + rspamd on a colocated linux box - has been my go to for 20 years. Email goes through it faster than any other setup I’ve used.

My main email client is mac mail and iOS mail.

I’d quite like an easier way to add aliases than editing a config file and running postmap… but it works, and an easier way to rotate DKIM keys.

    • I use postfixadmin for this, gives a web UI for creating mailboxes and aliases. Only annoying bit is configuring dovecot and postfix to talk to it, but other than that it works great! I can create an alias without ssh’ing in and can handle mailboxes for multiple domains on it.
